Ken has extensive expertise in instructional design, learning and performance enablement, technological applications, and learning and talent strategy development to help clients optimize both individual, team and organizational performance.
Ken's previous positions include senior roles at State Farm and Click2learn (now SumTotal Systems). Ken also founded and operated a highly successful consulting practice focusing on learning and talent performance solutions and learning and talent technology. |
