Using a Mobile Phone’s Camera to Search For Information

The Guardian’s Mercedes Bunz this week described a new Google app that allows owners of Web enabled phones with cameras to perform Google searches simply by pointing their phones at an object. There’s no need to type a search term into a field. The application requires Googles Android operating system.
