Slow computer? Maybe you have a zombie infestation!

Gina Minks has done the learning community a big service by writing a great article on the problem of zombies - programs that take over your computer and use it to send out spam and other nasty things to your friends and others. Gina describes in non-technical detail how your computer can become infested with zombies. One program that she recommends is SpyBot Search and Destroy. She says that this program will “immunize your browsers against evil zombie-making programs. “  Good advice – an article worth reading. (GW)
