The New York Times reports that TechCrunch founder and highly influential technology blogger, Michael Arrington, has incorporated a new company, Crunchpad, that will be producing and selling a touch-screen tablet for Web surfing. The device is to be available this summer.

This tablet will run Flash, which the iPhone does not support, making it potentially useful in accessing Flash-based courseware and content. (RN)
