Your content already exists

At first I was attracted to this post because there is at least ONE OTHER PERSON on earth with an iPod mini. As I was reading it though, I thought about the process of learning in a Web 2.0 world.  A problem arises, Internet research is done, a couple of tweets are sent and some advice is put to use. More research is done, other peoples online reviews are relied on (I assume from forums or a retail site) and when it comes time to actually do some physical repairs on the unit, an online tutorial is used. A nice model for Web 2.0 ID and a reminder that what you need to help people solve a problem might already exist somewhere and just needs to be made available and possibly sequenced and supplemented.
