Finalists for the Best of Leadership Blogs 2009

Here’s a list of blogs nominated for their content on leadership. There’s only a few of these in my reader so it’ll be nice to check out some of the others like Jon Gordon’s blog and his post The Greatest Sales Strategy Ever.

There is a far more powerful strategy to create an emotional connection and foster an emotional memory. It’s so simple and it doesn’t even cost a dime.

Jon notes that we’re all in sales (learners are customers) so we need to be the connection.

And there’s a post from John Bishop’s blog I want to be redundant

…learning stops if you do the exact some job for too long…it was the role of the leader to develop the people and improve the systems and processes to the point that the leader actually became redundant.
