Finding freelancers

by Janet Clarey on June 25, 2009

DoNanza is a search engine for online freelance projects. For an employer, it’s a tool for “tapping a wider range of talents.” For a freelancer, it’s a way to work on project in your specific field without the need to be geographically close. When I entered e-learning, the first result returned was a 5-day job from RentACoder for Project Management using Adobe Captivate. Others included Moodle developer, video tutorial services, PowerPoint / Articulate production assistant, etc. Instructional design search shows some interesting results. There’s even an RSS feed and Twitter link to monitor new projects.
