Can a SaaS system to recapture learners who abandon e-learning be far behind?

by Janet Clarey on May 6, 2009

SeeWhy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) system for e-commerce. It is designed to help companies recapture abandoned revenue by tracking IDs of website abandoners (those that leave a purchase prior to completing the transaction). With the information SeeWhy captures, companies can then email targeted messages to abandoners. Dang, after finishing up Workplace Learning Today, I’ll have to empty some wishlists. Seriously, perhaps in the future we’ll track e-learning abandoners by capturing an exit point and following up with them. A different way to get feedback. (JC)
