I’m not sure how many corporate L&D departments use Gmail but if you do, here’s a really nice way to manage your communications with virtual team members – sender’s time zone (“asleep” and “awake” icons). Of course you can send email anytime but it’d be nice to know if you could call, video chat, collaborate on a document, or set up a meeting, etc. without having to look up time zones.
