Gathering Our Collective Resources

I believe that we are going to see a shift of emphasis in corporations away from training individuals towards collaborative methods of group learning. One way that will happen is through the formation of “communities of practice”. Harold Jarche has done the learning community a service by collecting a list of resources on this important topic and posting them in his blog. There is a lot happening in this area, and Harold is one of the people helping move change forward. (GW)
