There are not a lot of open debates in the field of workplace learning. I think that there should be a lot more. CreateDebate.com is a site for doing just that – it creates an online discussion forum with two columns, one for each side of the question being debated. David Anderson even suggests that this arrangement for discussing both sides of an issue can be a great change management tool. The software is free, but you will need to register on the site. (GW)

Gary–this is a cool find, although I must confess I was deeply disturbed by the debate on whether or not you’d turn in your spouse if they murdered someone. The argument seemed to be “people make mistakes.” WHAT?! Personally I’m not sure that I’d put murder into the “mistake” category. So this site definitely gives you a new perspective on humanity.

Hi Gary – I’d love to see this type of add-on in SharePoint.
SharePoint already includes a variety of team site templates. It would be great to see additional forum templates offered.
