W3Schools Online Web Tutorials

by Janet Clarey on December 5, 2008

I learned HTML from W3Schools‘ Web Tutorials after the Web team at my prior job got sick of taking my questions while I was developing my first e-learning courses (several years ago).  It’s an awesome free site. Samuel Dean, at Web Worker Daily, highlights W3Schools and offer several great tips for getting the most out of their 1000s of tutorials. There’s a lot more than HTML- like scripting,  XML, Flash, etc.  (BTW, this is great free content for you and your e-learners unless you’re into creating content that already exists for free. But that would be silly, wouldn’t it?). (JC)
