The Diffusion of e-Learning

Michael Hanley has written a 3 part series of blogs on “E-Learning Adoption in Organizations: Diffusion of Innovation.” He reviews the “E-Learning Hype Cycle” produced about 2003 by Kevin Kruse, and then provides a “structural functionalist” approach to analyzing how innovations like e-learning are diffuse throughout the general business culture.
