Learning and talent management vendors will be taken through a rigorous evaluation process focusing on four core areas:
Companies will receive one of four certifications:
- Smartchoice™ Vendor - Best In Class
- Smartchoice™ Vendor - Best Practice
- Smartchoice™ Vendor - Developing
- Smartchoice™ Vendor - Emerging
Certifications will be based on the number of core areas receiving a Best Practice or Best In Class rating. By selecting a Smartchoice™ vendor, organizations looking to acquire technologies or services can rest assured they are partnering with an industry-leading provider.
Here’s how the selection process works:
- Our analysts conduct a one-hour Q and A session with representatives from your company to benchmark your organization in each of the four core areas.
- Our analysts also contact five of your clients to conduct a one-hour Q and A session with each client to benchmark your company in each of the four core areas.
- Each of the four core areas will receive an overall rating of 1 to 4 based on feedback received by our analysts during their client and company Q and A sessions:
- 4 rating: Best In Class
- 3 rating: Best Practice
- 2 rating: Developing
- 1 rating: Emerging
You will receive a concise slide summarizing our findings via Webinar, which includes a proposed action plan to improve scores that fall into the Emerging and Developing categories and validation for your Best Practice and Best in Class scores.
AC Growth’s experts will continue to work with your organization to ensure you progress to the next level of performance.
If you are selected as a Smartchoice™ Vendor, you will receive the following:
- You will receive a certification logo that can be displayed on your marketing materials and Web site.
- Your company will be highlighted in AC Growth’s industry perspectives and any Webinars dedicated to your industry.
- An executive interview will be conducted with a select member of your management team to be added to the thought leadership section of our research library and to be made available for you to share with your clients.
All Smartchoice™ applicants will receive a comprehensive vendor profile that can be shared with your clients and will be added to the Brandon Hall Research Center and AC Growth Research Library for our members to access.
