Often tools and solutions evolve, providing
lower network burden, increased reporting detail, higher audience
appeal, improved accessibility, reduced cost. It is hard to
know if you are using the best tools in the marketplace
or the best technology infrastructure to host/deliver or manage
your learning environment. Our experts can analyze this for you with the benefit of experience and an understanding
of multiple learning environments and the unique challenges
faced.

for improvement, pointing out key pressure points, strengths/weaknesses
of your system(s)… .Or provides you with a ‘clean’
Certificate of Health!
An on-site meeting with one of our consultants will
provide you with the following initial service, combined with
a tailored post-site visit report, which can be used as a
foundation to enable us to assist you in enhancing your training
initiative, or as guidelines for you to move forward at your
own pace.
- Kick-off meeting: Identify
key personnel leading the current learning initiative. Understand
and collate information regarding the learning systems that
are currently in place. (This would require a demonstration
by the client of the current learning environment.)
- Learning Initiative Show &
Tell: Understand the avenues of learning you would
like to explore and/or need to enhance as part of your learning
initiative.
- Delivery Mechanism Show &
Tell: As with any health check, it is necessary
to understand the network/traffic/loads placed on any system
to ensure optimal learning. Often, infrastructure is enhanced
for one project, and other systems dovetail or steal the
bandwidth, limiting your training systems.
- End-User Show & Tell:
Create an example user id for our consultant within your training
environment, and we will sit and review your online learning.
Enable us to independently analyze your systems; after all,
any new recruit will be at the cutting edge of your learning.
Our consultant will then prepare a summary
report of your existing system, highlighting where the learning
system’s statistics meet industry standards and supply
a brief overview of the key areas that can be enhanced.
