Learning Delivery Mechanism

It doesn't matter how good your learning initiative looks on paper, even if it is implemented to specification. If end-users find your systems hard to understand, use, or access, causing training to be slow to load or difficult to access due to bandwidth issues, your training initiative will not succeed. The lack of attention to delivery methodology and environmental restraints potentially negates the large investment made in the training initiative. Allow us to come on-site and evaluate your existing materials, carry out load balance testing, use our experience to reutilize your training materials, enhance your network infrastructure, and tweak your delivery mechanisms.

Often, infrastructure is enhanced for one project, and other systems dovetail or steal the bandwidth, limiting your training systems. As part of this service, our consultants carry out the following essential activities:

• Review internal infrastructure used to deliver training initiatives
• Review pressure point of training systems
• Carry out pitfall tests and download averages
• Estimate average load bearing of typical volume of end-users for your organizational training needs
• Evaluate end-user pitfalls

During a follow-up debrief session (carried out virtually after all the data has been tallied), we will answer questions and make a recommendation for enhancements to your learning materials and/or infrastructure that will improve your delivery and enhance end-learning experiences. A copy of the report will also be provided to you.
