Learning Initiative Analysis

This is the second phase, which depends on the on-site review and evaluation. Providing a deeper analytical assessment, this four-day study will be carried out, comprising up to two days on-site, as necessary, plus a further 16 hours of online meetings or telephone meetings to provide an in-depth analysis of your learning initiatives.

This program is recommended if you are not meeting your learning objectives as an organization and need to jump start your learning goals; if your requirements, environment, or organization are undergoing restructure; or to further understand the organization’s educational requirements for learners.

Using an evaluation worksheet that can be filled out by team members, you will start to define your key initiatives.

We will review the worksheets, providing summary reports, statistics, and analysis of the team reactions (based on your own needs). For benefit of the entire group, we also provide you with a presentation that highlights the goals, departmental and/or global requirements identified, and an overview of the recommended learning strategy to meet your organizational training needs.

The report will include a list of application types and approaches.

This report can be used to carry out your own approach to building your initiative, or you may continue to use our services to create a short-list or to create use case scenarios for your learning choices.
