End-User Analysis
Once learning teams have met their project
deliverables, that learning needs to be evaluated
to ensure its effectiveness. When training becomes
too verbose, or when end-users are not retaining the information
contained within the training despite investing money, training
programs often miss the objective.
This extended package includes up to two
days on-site, plus four online facilitated meetings to discuss
your project with a cross-section of your business users, globally if necessary,
to determine if they are learning as a result of your training
program.
We will provide you with analytical feedback
about your end-user’s experience using metrics and learning
statistics, and we define the majority of the learning focus of your end-users.
We also provide you with a report that identifies
your end-user reactions to the variety of different approaches
to learning facilitated by your company. This report also
highlights where users have encountered difficulties with
their learning and provides a brief analysis and recommendations
on where areas can be improved.
