Brandon Hall Research has been recognizing the best in learning content and training initiatives for 15 years through the Excellence in Learning Awards.

Now we are pleased to announce the Brandon Hall Research Excellence in Learning Technology Awards, which will recognize the best in commercial learning technology.

Who Can Enter:

The Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Technology Awards program is for commercially available products for workplace learning. Thus, the awards program is open to any vendor of such tools and technologies.

Awards Entry Deadline:

September 29, 2009

Entry Fee:

The entry fee is $795.

Submission Material:

Enter by answering the questions on the online entry form, including links to whatever material you choose that will allow the judges to see your technology except a live demo. (Judges have to be able to view materials at their own time and pace and without interacting with the entrant.) You may submit any of the following, as you wish:

• Link to a trial version of the actual technology
• Link to a recorded demo.
• Word document or PowerPoint slides describing the technology
• Any similar information or combination of the above

Judging Process

Entries will be judged on the basis of the information provided. Entries in each category will be judged on three criteria: functionality, usability, and overall.

• Functionality. How well does this product provide this functionality/capability?
• Usability/ease of use. How usable/easy-to-use is this product?
• Overall. Overall, taking into account functionality, usability, and any other pluses of this product, how good is this product in this category?
